You have just found your international community!

Military Speaking Club is an online space for service members to practice their speaking skills with
like-minded people.
Meetings take place on Zoom every Monday at 7 PM (Central European Time).

*No meeting on December 26 th , 2022.

It is recommended for people who are planning to take STANAG / SLP / JFLT exam at level 2,3 or 4.
How does it work?

Meetings take place on Zoom.

Each meeting has a main theme (Examples of some of the upcoming ones: Deployments, Migration, Cybersecurity, Space exploration, Military technology, Climate crisis, to name a few)

The tasks that you will be performing will include discussions, debates, roleplays and conversations involving storytelling, descriptions, expressing and justifying opinions, comparing and contrasting, speculations, agreeing/ disagreeing, providing arguments and evaluating. You will do them in pairs or in small groups.

You will not be given feedback on your speaking. The idea of the Military Speaking Club is to create the atmosphere of support, cultural and language exchange, no judgement or evaluation, breaking the speaking barrier, interactions with people from other countries and building relationships. We can learn a lot from other people, not just from teachers.

If you are interested in receiving detailed feedback, check my other services.

Meeting Pass

How Does the payment work?

That was actually an idea of one of the participants – it will give you more flexibility.
MEETING PASSES –you only pay for the classes you take part in! Each participant can purchase the most convenient number of passes for them (one/three/eight), bearing in mind that there will be 11 meetings until the end of 2022 and the passes purchased need to be used until the end of 2022.

Passes are non-refundable. Example: If you buy the 8-meeting pass and show up only in 6 meetings until the end of 2022, there will be no refund for the two you missed. That’s why other options exist!

You will be sent the Zoom link after making the payment.
